"3N1 came to my home to look at mile tile-1200 sq. ft. The tile is 20 years old needed sprucing up. I do steam the floors to keep them clean, but after 20 years, and a previous owner of home, the grout became dirty and in the walk traffic patters black. The grout was originally a light beige. Gerald, came in and did a meaner of area and then a demo--of Tile and Grout cleaning on one of the 18x18 tiles! It was amazing--the tile was much cleaner with the imbedded dirt removed and the grout was clean to perfection--no longer black. 3N1 team moved my heavy furniture, and put back in place too. They were careful of all my possessions and did a GREAT job. Highly recommend them."

"I needed an estimate and ideas how to clean cherry wood floors. They explained everything to me, the process and fair price. I was happy with everything I heard. Most likely, I will hire them. Impressed."

"We hired Krzysztof to redo 2 of our bathrooms.   I really wish we had found Krzysztof sooner!  He does beautiful tile work. He and the gentleman he brought to assist him were punctual, professional, and kept the work areas clean.  We would not hesitate to refer Krzysztof to others, and plan to hire him back to tile our outdoor barbeque.

Customers say: Quality work

"David Alvarez and his crew did a wonderful job! I was considering replacing my tile flooring, but really liked the design I had. I'm glad I didn't replace it, the cleaning, re-staining of the grout and sealing made the floor look new, in fact, I think with the grout staining he used the floor looks better than new!. David and his crew were very professional, courteous and hard-working. I would definitely recommend him!"

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

Yes, options like MDF or polyurethane require less upkeep while maintaining style.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water. Additionally, always be sure to sweep or vacuum laminate floors before mopping to ensure you pick up dried grit, hair, and dust that can be harder to catch with a wet mop.

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

The best solution for mopping floors depends on the type of floor you have, but a good all-around or multi-purpose DIY floor cleaner is 2 cups of warm water, 5 to 10 drops of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.
