"We were without hot water for almost 4 days and I was at my wits end. This company was exceptional!. Called us first and we had an appt the next morning. Received an email of the appt and time within minutes of the end of the telephone call. Service gentleman called within 30 min of arrival for the estimate. Although I had sticker shock, I purchased a natural gas water heater. Our salesman said "we will install today in a little while" and within an hour he was back and installed a brand new system with valves and all within about hr and half. We had hot water again within 45 minutes! Service was excellent, sales guy was professional , kind and polite. We will certainly continue to do business on an ongoing basis. Thank you very much."
