He provided the following services: complete renovation of my Florida room by removing all termite damaged siding, structural posts and ceiling rafters and reinforcing the ceiling & walls, replaced the windows and back door with impact windows and door. He replaced the siding with 3 layers of waterproofing and a beautifully finished stucco. He leveled all walls, ceiling and floor and refinished them beautifully. He repaired 3 levels of roofing and upgraded with silicone. He then meticulously replaced the floor with LVP (vinyl planks) He will replace the remaining floors and renovate the bathroom next! I highly recommend Pro Services for their craftsmanship and integrity."
