He basically went from top to bottom and took photos of the issues he found along the way. he provided various levels of estimates for my budget and explained my system to me as no other company had bothered to do. I received a quote that day and scheduled the work to be done the following day. All employees were professional, including those I spoke to on the phone (Daniel and Eda). I forget the names of the men who installed the AC unit (forgive me), but your work was phenomenal. Santiago and the other gentleman that came to do the air duct cleaning and sanitizing were very cordial and respectful. All workers cleaned up after themselves.
