I called to see about getting an estimate for gutters, front and back, of my house. I talked to a nice lady, she said someone would call me, a day or so later a nice fellow named Palmer calls me back, I tell him what I need, he says he will look at satellite images of my address and send me an estimate. I told him no huge hurry, but that would be great!!! Days to a week go by, I don’t hear from anyone, so I reach out and leave a message at the office that I haven’t heard from anyone. Days later I get a call from the Palmer guy and he says he sorry, he’s been sick, asks for all my details again, and says he will get that out asap. A few more days go by, I never get the email and he finally sends a text that he wrote it down wrong, is just going to text me the estimate, ok, cool. The estimate is $3,900 for a 1300 sq ft house ONLY front and back for just gutters!!! I tell him wow, that’s the highest by far out of 4 estimates I’ve gotten, may I ask what his company provides that others don’t, to ask so much??? And of course I get zero response. I am just blown away at how bad this interaction was, for most of the time with this company. With their lack of response, and customer service, it makes me feel even more confident I did not choose this company as I would have gone insane trying to get in touch with them, get anything done or have any confidence that the job would be done well or in any kind of timely fashion. I’m glad everyone else has gotten good enough service to give a 5 star review because I didn’t even get the chance to see that kind of awesome from them if that’s what they actually provide. Thanks for saving me the hassle guys! 😔👍🏽
Revision 2/13/25- Palmer reached back out after this review and tried to smooth things over, was SUUUUPPER apologetic, and while I DO appreciate them doing that, unfortunately it doesn’t really change the situation, and he should have brought that level of care about my business to the table the first time, not ONLY AFTER a bad review. There isn’t always a second chance waiting and sometimes it’s the things we DON’T do that hurt us the most, that’s why we must always try our best. Accountability is important in this day and age and not much of it going on, so while I changed this to a 2 star instead of a 1, i did that only because it was an estimate and not an actual service performed, and I don’t feel I’ve done anything wrong by simply posting my experience. Sometimes things need to be said, even if they aren’t positive, it’s just sharing the experience. Sorry man. 😢
