"Sorry for your experience. However, we did not tell you these things. What we told you (I have the email) is that we highly recommend some updated items on your system. You had some high and low heads, some leaky heads, and your timer was on the fritz. Meaning that the timer was resetting itself. We set it up properly, but are not responsible for what happens after we leave if you choose not to go with our recommendations. A new system would cost a LOT more than $600 - the issues you have are minor. When we arrived, your timer was hanging off the wall and you would not allow us to make the repairs needed (except for 2 broken rotors)."
