"I was quite surprised when the owner of the company answered the phone when I called. Ernie was very professional and sent his guy over within an hour or two. Although Ernie did not perform the actual work, his employee was very professional and knowledgeable. Ernie (the owner) even came by to check on the job! My Dad was a custom home builder and was always heavily involved in his jobs and in contact with the owners so I appreciate that type of pride of ownership. All in all a very positive experience. It probably was not the cheapest route I could have gone but I got good quality equipment installed "the right way". Again, from my history with the way my Dad ran his business I much prefer to pay a fair price for quality. That is what I got with Professor Plumb. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again anytime soon but, if I do, I will definitely call Professor Plumb.

"The service was great! The source of the leak was located quickly. Consultation cost is a little more than expected, but you'll paying for a complete process of elimination, location of issue and not to mention...peace of mind."

"The work was outstanding, they also did the lighting, they save us money on other kinds of stuff and that made us buy new lightings for the kitchen. They came under budget, which gave us more options for other things in the kitchen. They were great."

"Excellent work and attention to detail."

"Excellent. Outstanding work. Jamie knows everything about getting the job done. Attention to detail when replacing and sizing our new kitchen sink with our existing granite. Jamie does excellent work! Hiring for an additional bathroom countertop and sink replacement also. Thank you Jamie! You are very highly recommended!"

"The installer was on time and installed the water softener system professionally and without any problems. He cleaned up all areas after wards. I was very pleased with the installation and the instructions he gave me for operating the system."

"Cannot rave enough about Christian and the West Bay team!! I was a little nervous about solar, we had spoken with a few other companies beforehand and didn’t have the best of experiences. Night and day difference talking with Christian! He was extremely knowledgeable and the first guy I’ve spoken to that really understood the product and how everything would work. The installers that came out were also very friendly, professional, and clean. They did a wonderful job installing my new roof and the solar system looks absolutely beautiful. Not to mention my power bill last month was only $14!!! Thank you Christian! Thanks West Bay! You guys are great!!"

"Mario fixed my big granite countertop cracks near the sink. He did fabulous job and provided a thorough solution. He is very professional and responsive. It is a true pleasure to work with him."

"After repeated calls to the phone number listed on Angie's list, I went to the business address and spoke with Mr. Medina. He said it was unusual for customers to appear there.  He explained the entire process and let me take a couple of quartz samples home to show my wife.  We made our selection and I returned to the office and signed initial paperwork.  On the agreed date, the head installer came and took measurements.  I was given the address of the stone supplier and went to see "our" slab.  The day of installation the crew (2 men)did not arrive until about 2 p.m.  The lead man  told me it would only take a couple of hours.  At 10 p.m. the installation was far enough along to stop for the night.  The next morning the head installer arrived to finish up the job.  The opening for the slide in cook top range was not correct and he had to make additional adjustments to the counter top.
The communication or difficulty of communication was very frustrating.  Unless the company has another office site, it is hit or miss to reach anyone there.  The overall experience was not one I would repeat.  The quality of the product is very good and we are very satisfied with appearance and durability."

"Very well considering flooring was no longer available and I had a very limited amount left from installation."
