"More expensive than I originally anticipated, but very professional and knowledgeable. The job included removal of old sink, disposal, and dishwasher, followed by redoing the under-sink plumbing to accommodate the new single bowl sink. Then sink installation with new disposal and new dishwasher. And, everything was done on my schedule, which was important because I had several other home improvement projects going on and it was important to get it all done in the right sequence. I will definitely use them again if I have future plumbing needs!"

"The two installers were amazing, very professional and neat! We are very satisfied with our window installation! We would highly recommend West Shore! From the salesman Darien to the two installers was a very easy process! We give both a 5 plus star rating!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
