"We could not have been more pleased with the work that Mike, Sonny, and their team did for us. Initially, we just wanted to replace an old bathtub with a modern shower; but when we saw the quality of work that Mike did and the great suggestions they made to have our old bathroom transformed into a work of beauty, we asked them to remodel the kitchen as well. Finally, we asked if they could repair the cracked sidewalk in front of our home. Mike listened to us, made very helpful suggestions, referred us to those vendors who could supply us with exactly the type of tile, granite, lighting, and faucets that we wanted, and performed the work to exacting and high quality standards. Every man on his team was very professional and courteous. Whenever possible, they worked around our schedule; but there were times when neither my wife or I could be home while they worked. We found them to be completely trustworthy--much of the work was completed in our absence yet to our total satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable. Mike even made suggestions to help us lower the cost without sacrificing quality. The bathroom is gorgeous with a brand-new shower, beautifully tiled, and high-quality barn-door style sliding glass doors. Ike responded to my phone call quickly and set a date and time to examine the sink.  He arrived on time

and with color charts in hand.  He confidently stated that the repairs could be made and the best color

match was selected.  Materials needed to be ordered so he would call when they came in.  He called

when the supplies arrived and set an appointment time to do the job.  The workmen arrived on time and

proceeded to make the repairs.  The color match did not go as well as expected, but allowing for curing

time, they would return if I was not satisfied.  After a few days I contacted Ike to say I was not completely

happy with the results and Ike immediately arranged to examine the job.  He agreed the color match did

not meet with his approval, so returning my check to hold until we were satisfied he went back to the

color supplier and tried another match.  Even the new color mix was not exact, but with a bit of custom

mixing on the job, the match came very close.  Not exact, but very close.  Because the work took a bit

more than I expected he offered to repair another small area on the tub - no extra charge.  By having

Porcelite repair these fixtures I know I saved a lot of money.  The sink is an older item - color no longer

available, and it is in a built-in vanity surrounded by ceramic tiles that will never be color matched.  Thank

"It was a pleasure to hire Jamie and his team. I had them install a new kitchen sink And faucet under my existing granite. Jamie offered To find me a sink at a good price, but I opted to find that and the faucet myself online. They removed the old sink, completed a pvc adaptation (went from double bowl to a single bowl sink), and swapped out faucets. Leo, the plumber, and Alonzo were excellent. They were very attentive to the small details. They unexpectedly had to replace the old faucet valves with new ones due to them being leaky. They had the parts with them! They even gave me tips to care for my granite too. Jamie was professional and kept in constant communication. Will definitely hire again for some bathroom updates."

"I have had a Kinetico before, so invited Clearwater out for an estimate. Rob was very friendly and professional. The non-electric unit that I had previously was going to be too expensive; however, I am very pleased with the electric unit that I purchased, along with dechlorinator. James did an excellent job installing the equipment. I had a small issue with one of my faucets. Rob sent Caleb out right away and he had it fixed quickly. The warranty that comes with the equipment combination is great. Looking forward to many years of use."

Love the product.  We selected Wilson Arno Quartz tops.

Price was very competitive.  Fast turn around on install.  They template on Tuesday and installed on Thursday.

Problems with install.  Guys were very courteous. The should read install directions.  They brought in top for cook top and then cut out hole inside the house. This raised all kinds of dust.  The island top was never glued down on the first run.  The sink was a granite sink and it took three tries to install.  Not happy with this part.  I finally made my own cleats and installed them myself and this has worked fine.  The installer stated that there was not enough room, but I had no problem. The sink base is a standard 36" and the sink was a standard 33".  Keep an eye on sink install if you use them.

Product and price were good, but just watch them on the install.
