The pro was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything that was going on with my water main leak and the process to repair the problem. Very honest and extremely reasonable with the price. Left the yard looking good considering he had to dig up grass to do the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter for plumbing needs.

The tech Angel was very professional and knowledgeable I cannot say enough good things about this young man and his service. As a contracting business owner in the past I tend to be very critical of anyone in the service business but this whole experience was fantastic from the ease of scheduling to the constant information relayed to me from the office to keep me informed to the tech in the field I would recommend Mr Rooter to everyone needing plumbing work.
