We are a small company with 3 full time employees. We specialize in all types of service calls. We do not have a trip charge or service fee, we work strictly by the hour. Additional contact name - James Elliott. Award winning .

"Contracted to replace the outdated plumbing with PEX in my new home. Cost $7000 for a few hundred dollars worth of material and a couple of days worth of work. NUMEROUS problems with the install. -Ran the new lines over AC ductwork without a care to what should have occurred. Had to remove and rework the AC ductwork so the air conditioning wasn't so restricted. - Destroyed the interior of my cabinets under the sinks to run the lines. Never fixed. - Destroyed the drywall running lines. Never fixed. - The water heater hookups look like they were installed by a cross eyed child with no plumbing experience. - Crossed the attic runs numerous times making it difficult to mount correctly and preventing any possibility of upgrading the attic space where the pipes are. - Visible PEX lines running to fixtures instead of using copper stub outs. - Didn't use stub outs of any kind, so the "stub outs" move and flex, instead of being a solid mount. - Refused to insulate the piping because "it wasn't needed" - Didn't clean up any mess. Left piping in the house and attic. Seriously go with ANYONE else."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

We provide service for residential and commercial service calls. We work with many owners and realtors who manage rental properties.

"I am not able to locate my review, so here it is again from August 2022. QUOTE The technician showed up on a Tuesday and made a comment to the effect that he did not want to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor. He lit the Pilot Light and asked for his fee and left. After he left, within minutes the burner cycled off and the pilot light went out. I called the office and was told that he would return on Friday. We proceeded to light the Pilot and allow the burner to cycle through heating the water. He did not show up, he stated that he was not informed when he called back on Monday. He scheduled a time to come by on Tuesday. He arrived and stated that he was instructed to change out the Gas Control Valve. It failed to fix the problem he was unsuccessful to get the Pilot Light to light. Worst part was that he managed to break the original valve so that could not be re-installed. He said that he would need to get to the office but will be in touch. So then, we have NO hot water at all and my Grandkids were visiting, so no hot water for their baths. Wednesday we were contacted and were told that we would need a new water heater for an estimated cost of $1,800.00 and they would not continue in any way to attempt fixing the water heater. We told them to leave our house. We then contacted Okaloosa Gas District, who sent a technician out the same day. The technician came in and checked the water heater out. He then, in short order, proceeded to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor, lit the Pilot Light and watched for three cycles of the burner heating the water. The Pilot Light remained lit and they guaranteed that they would return if it failed again. After checking the water heater over, they stated that the unit was in great working order and would not to be replaced anytime soon. Willingham sent me a bill for the unnecessary part after they broke the original, charging me labor for the technician to break the original part and still did not have a working water heater. We will pay the bill just to end relations with them. We will never call them again or recommend them to anyone for anything. The worst thing was that someone in the office instructed the technician, who stated this to us, that the Gas Control Valve was the part requiring replacement without having seen the water heater. Water Heaters questions, answered by experts

No. Boilers and water heaters are not interchangeable because they serve different purposes. A water heater will never be able to supply warm water or steam for your central heating system. In most homes, a boiler and a water heater may be combined to provide heating and daily use of hot water. Other homes may opt for a furnace over a boiler for their heating needs.

Due to the high temperature, using stainless steel vent pipes for your tankless water heater’s exhaust vent is best. Also, it is safe to use a flexible vent duct as the exhaust fan. If installing the exhaust fan yourself, make sure you are using heat-resistant silicon to connect the exhaust vent and the duct on your water heater.

Boilers are used mainly for central heating, and water heaters are used for ordinary household water use. In fact, a conventional boiler works best if your home already has a water heater system in place. Sometimes a boiler can be combined with indirect water heaters. But there are also premade combination boiler heaters.

An average-sized empty water heater weighs around 150 pounds. Tankless water heaters are much lighter, weighing between 10 and 50 pounds. The smaller size and added convenience come at a price, though—tankless water heaters average about twice the price of their traditional counterparts.

If your water heater is about to celebrate the big 2-0, you may want to consider sending it off to greener pastures. While the water heater may seem to be working well, any conventional, tanked water heater over 10 years of age is at risk of failure. If your water heater is 20 years or older, your best move is to replace your aging heater before it completely breaks down.
