They did an outstanding job, despite numerous unexpected difficulties that were not of their making or as a result of their efforts.

This provider put in a heat pump and a Rud air conditioner in the family room. The air conditioner sits in a closet in the family room. There is a PVC pipe that comes out and is supposed to collect the condensation. It was not installed property. There is water running down from the air conditioning and it has been running down onto my floor. The pipe was too long and it wouldn't allow the water to drain. It formed a vacuum and would not hold any water. I called this provider numerous time to have him come out and fix the problem. He blocked my calls and then when I did get through, he answered and started yelling at me and hung up on me. This provider was so totally rude to me.

I called and Jonathon was working on the beach and came over as soon as he was done. He called and got the details from me. He checked the system and it had lost all the Freon. He discovered a rusted part and called and gave me an estimate. He replaced the leaking drier part and soldered in the new one. Then he vacuumed and charged the system and ran it awhile. So far, so good. I think they are a good and honest air conditioner company and will use them again.

We needed a new heating and cooling system.  We had several estimates and found Bay Heating and Cooling to have the best price and  reviews.  They went over everything they would be doing and the time it would take.  They were exceptional with their service and went over and beyond what needed to be done.  They also noted that due to a complaint from us that we were getting very little air in our bedroom.  The duct work had collapsed that led to that room, so they replaced it and we have been beyond pleased with our new unit!  We cannot say how wonderful this company is with their service, professionalism, products, and cost.  We have recommended them to many and will continue to do so.

Jimmy was fantastic to work with. I was looking for someone who was familiar with these type systems and honestly address my needs. Jimmy was that and more. He and his helper Gary really knew their stuff and took care of everything. I have no doubts that this couldn't have been done better and I will gladly use them again in the future.

Bay Heating and Cooling installed a new split system central heating and air unit. We could not be happier with the product and with the service!!! I have recommended this company to all my family and friends. Jimmy came to the house and discussed our options and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He and his staff were wonderful! Professional and informative. Friendly and concise. I would recommend this company as your first choice.

Mr. Davis came out and did an estimate on his way home from work so that we didn't have to take time off from work. He was friendly and professional and told us exactly what we needed and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. This was a much better experience than I expected. Mr. Davis and his helper arrived early and finished exactly when he said he would. There was no debris left. Everything was cleaner than when he found it. I would be happy to recommend Bay Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs this service.

I do not live in PCB. We have a condo there and the last weekend we were there noticed the AC was not cooling. I called and spoke with Shelly with the company. She was very nice. She gave me upfront their service charge ($80) and projected costs for likely problems. I have them a key code to enter the unit because we would not be there.
My AC unit has a unique filter size. She located me some filters at a much better price that what I had been able to find. When they arrived to make the repair they also delivered me the number of filters I requested.
It turned out my problem was a clogged water line. The total cost was $160 plus for 12 special sized filters another $66.
I am very pleased and would use them again in the future.

Called Bay Hand C and gave details over the phone of what I had and what I wanted to have installed. Later that day I received an email with the estimate range for the new system. I set a appointment to have someone stop in and see current system and to get a final quote. The quote was on the and quot;low endand quot; of the phone estimate. I chose to go with the proposal and Bay Hand C was there to install 3 days later. They showed up right on time, removed old equipment, installed new, cleaned up and were finished in less than 4 hours.

Same day service. Repair was quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Bay Heating and Cooling and within one hour of my call, Jimmy arrived at my home. After looking both units over he found a chaffed wire in the outside unit that was shorted to the coil. He repaired the wire, reset safety breaker on inside unit and did a routine check of the whole system.

I know the owner personally and they do outstanding work. They are due to come this week. I spent about $70 for the last service. I can trust them. The people that show up are very good. It's the owner and his wife and they have at least three employees. He doesn't hire anybody that he doesn't trust himself.

We have an annual contract with them. They come out twice a year to service our appliances. Once our air conditioner broke down and they came right out to fix it for us. Their services are pretty good. They come when they say they will come. They are very polite. They are very professional. I have been very happy with their services. I have used their services for some time now and I have never had any problems.
