"I am glad that we could get your disposal cleaned out for you. So sorry that our diagnostic fee may not have been explained properly. The diagnostic fee covers our cost associated with sending a technician to your home which has multiple factors including fuel, insurance, labor, vehicle, maintenance, etc. are an ever increasing expense to our business. My initial contact went well. They stated the time frame that work could take place would be over 4 weeks and the home visit for estimate would take about a week. That was fine. After a week past I called and asked for a visit status. I was told a rep would call me that day for an update. Nothing heard again. This is now two weeks since I called.
Here's my beef. The job I need done is duct work under my house that has deteriorated and a redesign may be in order. I was told that it may be expensive and I was ok with that too. I believe that keeping my dollars in the Escambia County region helps our economy. It wasn't so long ago that budgets were tight. But...it's troublesome that after hearing the periodic advertisement asking for business that my request was not denied...but rather ignored. I'm one that supported Escambia County businesses when the phone was not ringing.
