"I am glad that we could get your disposal cleaned out for you. So sorry that our diagnostic fee may not have been explained properly. The diagnostic fee covers our cost associated with sending a technician to your home which has multiple factors including fuel, insurance, labor, vehicle, maintenance, etc. are an ever increasing expense to our business. We had used Air Design a couple of years ago to replace our AC/Heating system. I chose them partly because of there professionalism, and presentation of there equipment. Other company's had came to our house to provide an estimate, but some/most seemed to be in a hurry and did not want to take the time to explain what they were going to do. The Air Design rep was completely prepared, explained everything step by step. When they arrived for the install, I was completely impressed with the quality of work, great job.
However, I didn't realize they also did plumbing work. Our washer & dryer went out, and was going to be replaced. That's when I realized the water faucets for the washer were in terrible condition and leaking. After calling around to different plumbing company's, only to find out the earliest someone could come out would be almost a week later. That's when I saw Air Design Plumbing on Angie's List. I gave them a call, explained my situation, said they would come out the next day. Chis Moon showed up, evaluated the situation, and promptly removed and replaced the valves, great job. He was very friendly, and professional, we couldn't be any happier with his work.
