"DO NOT USE THIS Company I hired Modtek roofing to replace my roof on my home after Hurricane Ian. It now is leaking in my Master bedroom in my home. I was given a 25 year warranty on my roof. It hasnâ t even been a year and the roof is failing. I have called the office one a week for the past 3 weeks requesting repairs before I have more damage. I am told by Liz she will let Luke know and she will get back to me. Still to date 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and no response. The make no effort to make things right or honor the warranty. "Our project was a kitchen renovation. We chose D.C Construction because of all of the good ratings they've earned. From the beginning to the end, working with Harley, Cynthia, and the entire crew was a very positive experience. With any remodeling projects there are some issues that come up; old buildings are not perfectly square or level. We changed our mind on one of the cabinets, changing a base to drawers instead of a door. Harley had suggested drawers in the first place, but I insisted a door would be more flexible for my needs. I was soooooo wrong; we returned the door base and replaced it with a drawer base. Harley and Cynthia took it all in stride, even though it caused more work for them. The vendors that they work with were also very helpful and professional. If any problems came up, they were very good at making things right. That kind of service comes from building good relationships, over the years, with their subcontractors. Finally, the crew was an amazing group of guys; they were here on a daily basis. they were highly skilled at their crafts, professional, timely, and courteous, They worked hard the whole time they were here. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. In summary, I would highly recommend D.C. Construction for any remodeling or building projects. Our project finished on time and within budget. Our neighbors took a tour last night and loved the layout, the quality products, and the fantastic workmanship. Many thanks to Harley, Cynthia and the crew at D.C.!!!"
