"Unlike other proposals I received for our re-roofing project, the Capps Roofing price was inclusive of all potential unforeseen additional work such as wood replacement, fascia replacement, special carpentry and tying into existing porch roofs. We had existing skylights that needed to be addressed, the existing roof was 20+ years old, the new roof was metal, so the job was not simple. The price they quoted was in the ballpark of other quotes we received but the others spelled out limits on any extras and unforeseen conditions which is understandable. Capps did the entire job in less than 2 weeks including permitting, the new metal roof looks great, they cleaned up all the debris every day and they even replaced our sky lights with better Solatube models. We liked the new skylights so much that we added three more. And they did all of this for the quoted price, safely and efficiently during our current pandemic. I absolutely recommend them.
