"Great! I contracted with Capps Roofing to repair a leaky roof and also replace two skylights. As the repairs progressed, the leak and damage was more extensive than anticipated. The workers were cordial and kept me informed of their progress. I ran out of extra roof tiles and Capps was able to match my existing tiles almost exactly. As they were replacing my skylights, the workers noticed and were horrified that some minor debris had gotten into my home and promptly came in to clean it up as they apologized profusely. "the quote (final price $1200.00) roof repair/skylight replacement process was quick, efficient.  We requested and received a quote for additional lumber and plywood if it was needed further than the original area quoted.  Shingles were not part of the quote as we mistakenly thought shingles in storage were appropriate. Manuel and his brother were pleasant, hard workers.  The aforementioned incorrect shingles were purchased by them (the new ones were almost a perfect match considering the roof is 5 yrs old) and installed within 1/2 hour of purchase from local supplier!  After the roofing repair/installation was complete, Manuel checked the interior ceiling around the skylight and the wall surrounding the slider as he saw extensive interior ceiling/wall damage when the roof was open.  He said that Panda Roofing could accomplish interior repair work as well.  He explained how far back the wallboard needed to be opened to view the underlying beam and support damage.
"Brad" of Panda Roofing gave us a reasonable quote of $2135 to repair the interior area referred to by Manuel.  The work commenced on the day of the quote.  Brad replaced all rotting plywood (There was also extensive termite damage which was remediated before roofing work began), replaced structural beams over the slider (providing proper bracing for the ceiling while the beams were removed), reinstalled the slider, replaced wet insulation and replaced, taped, mudded all new dry wall. 
Important to us, every day the work area was protected and  debris was thoroughly swept up and hauled away!"
