The workers were cordial and kept me informed of their progress. I ran out of extra roof tiles and Capps was able to match my existing tiles almost exactly. As they were replacing my skylights, the workers noticed and were horrified that some minor debris had gotten into my home and promptly came in to clean it up as they apologized profusely. Their price was in the middle but everything the salesperson explained to me made it easier to compare companies and possible outcomes. He made good suggestions for placement of additional air vents, replacement of skylights from plastic to glass, and other items which the other companies did not mention or charged much more for. This is a big company so I'll tell you I'm in the Orlando region. The job was started on time and completed within 5 days.
