J B Roofing & Waterproofing, LLC

This company 'fixed' my mother's roof recently. They sent an unqualified team and no one inspected their work afterwards. The final price was over twice the initial quote. The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. The owner does not want to talk about a solution so we will have to wait until a judge sees the independently gathered evidence. If anyone else is in a similar situation do please contact. All others I would advise to steer clear of this cowboy establishment.

They tore down our gutters. That wasnâ t an issue. We knew they had to come down. They couldnâ t or wouldnâ t recommend a gutter company and left that to us. After several weeks I finally got someone. I know they are roofers but Iâ d think networking would improve their service. Two of our neighbors needed roofs and despite our glowing recommendations they went with other companies. The reasons were J&B didnâ t do gutters or have a company to refer. These houses were as big as ours and this policy cost them about $50,000 in business. Not advocating they start a gutter business. The roofing work very well. I would think they could interact with some gutter folks. Five stars all the way on this experience. Richard Klawe. PSL

We are very pleased with the quality of work used for installing our new 5-V metal roof. We found all the workers to be very respectful and very good about covering the pool area and flower beds for protection from falling debris as the old roof was being torn off. They also left the yard cleaned up each day of the project. They were great about explaining what they were doing and what to expect next. John, the owner, was also present in coming by to check on the progress. We've received many compliments and were asked by several people passing by for contact information for JB Roofing & Waterproofing. Initially we obtained quotes from 5 companies and what we paid was very much in line with all the other quotes. We're happy to recommend this company to others from our own experience in using them.

Mr Devito was a true professional. His work was 2nd to none. Very polite he walked me through every step of the way regarding the work that was to be done. Roof sealing was spot on and the price was more than reasonable.

They showed up on time and the process was easy.

We have a small guest cottage on our property that needed a new roof, I am a realtor in the area and know many contractors, glad I was refereed to J.B. We had a metal roof installed for just a few dollars more than a fiberglass shingle. Now my neighbor has a new metal roof also. I would highly recommend JB Roofing for roof repair, installation etc. The team was punctual, clean, worked efficiently and showed up when they said they would. The customer service is excellent and someone is always available to answer any questions you may have on your project. I was overall very pleased and happy with how quickly the job was completed.

We have pets that run freely in our fenced in yard and were very concerned about roofing debrie , nails etc left on the ground. They cleaned up in a meticulour fashion and left the yard looking like no one was ever there. The crew was polite, prfessional and worked at a fast pace. You could tell they were efficient at what they do. The office staff returend calls promptly and had real people on the phone. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They take time to explain and answers questions. Per my request J.B. Roofing brought all the materials to my home to see, feel, touch and tell all the pros & cons of the materials. They answered all my son's questions & concerns and accommodated their request. All my concerns about my skylight - answered, courteously by one roofer Adam showed me proof that I was getting Trimline shingles and not Heritage shingles as ordered. My friends said my roof looks nice!!

What I Liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Your quote was what we paid and you took the time to explain what was needed and why. I am very pleased with JB Roofing from start to finish of our project. We needed a fast repair as we are heading north soon. Adam visited, assessed and quoted on a Wednesday. Their assessment was similar to other contractors quoting over twice as much. We responded on Thursday with a request to expedite the work. Adam advised that the work would be done early to mid the following week. Matt and John arrived early Monday morning. They were very pleasant, efficient and professional. The job was completed and the site was very clean when they left. Four business days from quote to completion. I do not hesitate to recommend JB Roofing and Waterproofing.

Friendly and professional

Replacing a roof is expensive and I had to do my homework prior. Had 5 quotes from area roofers. Decided on J B Roofing and glad I did. Called for a quote and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could stop by. I'm glad I waited. Signed contract and 3 months later I have a new roof. Yes, I was frustrated at how long it took however I realize the hurricane caused much damage to many homeowners and contractors are busy... Dumpster arrived in the driveway for the tear off. On the first day of work, my wife called to tell me the roofers were using a magnet in the yard to pick up nails ( they did this every day prior to leaving ). I was amazed. Most contractors leave a mess but not these guys. They cleaned up everyday. Took 8 days to compete the roof which was not bad considering the amount of work. Chris and his crew were excellent. I would recommend J B Roofing to anyone and suggest you get other quotes and then call J B Roofers as I am sure you will be pleased.

Adam responded to our request for evaluation of a few issues on our roof. He was very professional and helpful in identifying the items needing repair/replacement. The turnaround time for fixing the roof was very quick. I would highly recommend JB Roofing.
