Mr. Cannon contacted us promptly to provide an estimate for our job. Once rainy weather moved from the area to allow him and his crew to safely work, they arrived as expected, and completed the repair over the course of one day, as projected in his estimate. Because this is the dry season, Mr. Cannon stated that once regular rains resume, we should keep watch for any subsequent problems and notify him immediately to make any needed adjustments to his repair. We see this as a guarantee of his workmanship and a sign of professionalism. He was patient and flexible in terms of scheduling, including coming to meet with our homeowner's insurance claims adjustor to answer questions. We like the fact that Mr. Cannon is a local business owner and a licensed tradesman who treats customers respectfully, and is fair and honest in his dealings in terms of estimates and services rendered. We received prompt, quality work at a great price. Living in Florida and on the river, there are always salt and wind issues. John has been back to do minor upgrades and services, free off charge. All services were done expediently and professionally.
