"Bruce called me within minutes of my completing the information on the HomeAdvisor website. He was very professional, answering all my questions without making me feel ignorant. His friendliness and willingness to answer all my questions and even anticipating what I wanted to know, impressed me. When he came to my house to give me an estimate for the job he was prepared with samples of the different types of screens he made. His explanations were clear and his recommendations were logical and specific to the windows.
