Total Home Roofing

Merchant fails to respond to contacts in order to remove lien on my property even though GreenSky roofing loan has been fully repaid.

Installation was fine. 1 leak reported in the claim file in Nov. 2023. Currently have a new leak in that building and can't find Total Home Roofing any longer as a company but it was owned by ANGI at the time of contract.

Beware of this company I donâ t tell you the truth waited almost 30 weeks for a roof itâ s supposed to be a metal roof didnâ t happen he couldnâ t build a spot this is not a reputable company I would not advise him to use us they donâ t follow through with the work they donâ t give you the final check but they want the money much damage in my home from this company would not recommend at all beware

My father got an estimate and signed a contract with Andy Ward from Total Home Roofing. He was very informative and although I am no expert, his quote seemed fair based on the amount of work that was needed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we asked to cancel the contract and Andy was very understanding and allowed us to cancel. We picked this company based on the number of years that they have been in business and the great reviews that we have read. I am sure, based on Andyâ s professionalism, that we would have been satisfied with the work if we had gone forward. Thanks again Andy for your understanding and assistance.

Total Home Roofing replaced our shingle roof in Feb 2021 and it made it through Hurricane Ian without any damage. Recently I noticed a hip shingle on the front of the garage coming loose. I called the roofing consultant Andy Ward who we initially dealt with to arrange for a roof replacement and told him about the loose shingle. He told me that he will be in the area the next couple of days and he would personally fix the problem. Two days later Andy Ward arrived with matching shingles and replaced the damaged one. If you are thinking of contacting a roofing company I would definitely recommend you contact Andy Ward at Total Home Roofing.

We went into this contract with high expectation from the company. We were told by Joe, we would get the best roof that we were looking forward to have, we would have a good relationship with the company and we would have nice communication with them and it has not been the case. Poor communication with the installers, nobody listened to our concerns, I am not happy with their customer relationships and how they follow through in cases they have to. All the experience surrounding putting the roof up has been a disaster and the follow up. The roof has a leak and they are not fixing it and we have been calling them to get help and they are not showing up to do so. They did not complete to put drip edge on an area of the roof so it is not completed and they are not fixing that either.

Gary Johnson presented his proposal for Total Home Roofing in a timely and highly professional manner. Gary answered all my concerns without any hesitation. As for the quality of work, so far, I have no negative issues at this time. The real test will come as we enter the Hurricane season. The job was done as stated in the proposal. Actually, they started quicker than the proposal starting date. The main question is would I hire Total Roofing again? Yes. As of right now, I would give Total home Roofing a five star rating.

Gary dad a great job for us. It was a small job and I couldn't get anyone to come by tofix it. Gary showed up and repaired it within an hour. Very professional and polite. Would highly recommend!!

The crew they sent for the installation. Left our yard in a mess. Damaged our gutters so bad they had to be replaced. Five times since the installation. Different crews came back for repairs.the shingles where installed so they can't lay flat. I was told this is just cosmetic.

No customer service, and no communication with Forman, Replaced the roof, but a dumpster would not fit all the debris, so they left what would not go into the dumpster in a big pile in the side yard. I called 9 times to get it removed, and all 9 times they said someone would be out to pick it up. Nobody ever came out to pick up the debris. I ended up paying a clean-up company $ 918.00 to pick up the debris. PLEASE DO NOT US THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. Now taking them to court to try to recoup some of our losses.

We selected Total Home Roofing to replace the roof on our riverfront house in Cape Coral, FL and were assigned Andy Ward as our roofing consultant. The company pricing was very competitive, and Andy was great to work with, assisting with product selection, price discounts, scheduling work and code enforcement inspections, and communications with other company departments and personnel. All the work was timely and professionally performed, including work site cleanup. Four months later Hurricane Ian arrived, with our house was directly in Ian's path and battered for over two hours by 160 to 180 mph (or more) winds. The roof lost only a few shingles, which Andy and Total Home quickly replaced without charge after I called to request a damage inspection. We recommend Total Home Roofing and Andy Ward for all your SW Florida roofing needs.

This was the worst experience of have ever had to deal with from a company, They showed up at my home with 6 non speaking english men, did not even understand english, so could not even communicate with them, they ruined a lot of my landscaping with just throwing shingles, tar paper on all my flowers when I told the forman not to throw anything on them to carry everything over to dumpster, We seen the forman the first day and never seen him again. they ripped off old shingles and put tar paper down and left. I had to write a complaint to BBB to get them to finally come back, they had about and hour of work to finish and they ran out of materials twice, so their person who does the measuring did not know what he was doing. I would call the office every day to get them back to finish it was over a month before they finished my roof. And as of today 2 months later still did not come back and fix what they destroyed, they shot nail holes in our gutters, they ripped off 2 water diverters, got tar on my house which was painted 2 weeks before they started, ripped my screens, they are terrible, so do not hire these people for anything. The workers ate lunch on my steps they threw their garbage under my bushes, they stained my steps with hot sauce, I found a half eaten taco, and burrito and corona beer caps under my bushes so they were also drinking on the job, and they did not care about anything when it came to your property. Called constantly and no one ever called back. This company is terrible.
