Today was the estimate.

DC Roofing responded right away and came out to give an estimate. Their price was very competitive. Leigh had answers to all of our questions. Since the property was under contract for sale, we needed the roof right away in order to close on the deal. DC Roofing went above and beyond the call of duty to work us into their schedule. The permits were applied for right away and the roof was completed in record time. It looks beautiful!!! I highly recommend DC Roofing and will recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

DC Roofing did a phenomenal job on installing our metal roof. We love the new roof! DC Roofing is also extremely responsive. We would recommend them highly.

I was very happy with the results of my re-roof. They did an excellent job, were very professional and friendly.

When I started my roofing project I contacted 4 companies. DC was 1st to respond- the day I put out my request. Leigh was excellent. We had DCs estimate/bid within an hour. The bid was affordable and responsive. I had an active leak. Only DC Roofing would be able to start within a week. Everyone else was a month or more out. With the afternoon storms, that was a non-starter. In fact DC Roofing started within 7 days. And before starting, Leigh did some patching to help us out. When the job did start, the DC team was onsite hustling from the word go. They were rained out at 1PM on day one, but still finished the complete reroof in 3 days. We were not aware that DC Roofing passed on a 3% fee to use a credit card. The information slipped through the cracks until we discussed final payment. We charged $10,000. The fee would have been an additional $300. DC Roofing split the fee with us. That was a fine customer relations move. Before the job started, Leigh came back. I made some changes in the project- heavier gauge metal and an underlay were added. The additional cost was very reasonable. The City of Titusville inspector signed off on the job. DC Roofing provided me with documentation to qualify for wind and water mitigation. My insurance company is reducing my bill as I write. We are very happy and satisfied with our new roof and the entire process. I highly recommend DC Roofing.

I had major damage after a hurricane to my tile roof. DC roofing was very professional and timely with the repair. They immediately repaired the areas that caused any leaks. DC Roofing was back to finish the job a week later. Both David and Colleen were a pleasure to work with and they are experts with tile roofs.

The crew for my shingle roof was hard working and friendly. The office staff were quick to respond. Final product looks good!

They actually came out and temporarily tarped and secured our roof while we waited on the metal to come in. It was nice considering we were not in town and able to really see the damage or do that ourselves. Also the deposit was really good. A lot of other companies were asking for 50% to start.

Personable, professional and kept the project moving swiftly. Very pleased with the finished outcome and overall service. I definitely recommend!

Excellent people to work with including work crew. Start of work was delayed more than once but this was mainly due to events around the holidays. Very professional job though, would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Dave and his guys arrived as stated and started working. They took the time to answer all questions and the work was completed efficiently. They are fast, clean and professional. Everyone I spoke with during the project was pleasant and knowledgeable. On the administrative end, I spoke with Colleen. She was great. I like this company.

David and his crew were BEYOND AMAZING! We had 4 other roofing companies “inspect” and give estimates for an active leak and a few other issues on a 10 year old roof that was installed with defects. Suffice it to say that after many conflicting and even way overpriced and unnecessary recommendations, David showed up at our home expediently from the moment of my search with Home Advisors an hour later, got up on our roof, knew exactly what the actual problem areas were, took photos which he explained, wrote up the estimate in a moment’s time and without even knowing what the others had quoted, beat them out by hundreds of dollars when I thought that even the lowest of them were reasonable!!! That was last Friday. Today, the very next week on Tuesday, David and his AWESOME crew showed up and took care of every issue AND EVEN MORE in record time (I believe it was less than 2 hours!!!) David took photos per our request throughout the process, and came down dripping in sweat (that’s a good thing 😉) and patiently took his time to explain each photo he had taken. He had his crew double check the roof for debris and, the ground was free of debris anyway (they work very clean) and we now have peace of mind heading into hurricane season which is priceless!!! My recommendation is: Get your other estimates, do not hire them yet, and then call DC Roofing Inc and take a deep breath when David Arambula arrives knowing that you and your roof are in good hands! They are very reasonable and do very good work. They are very clean and kept it clean as they were working.
