The next day he came to my home, performed a detailed inspection and wrote up an estimate on the spot. ICAS was comparable with two other contractor bids and I issued a contract. Materials got ordered and delivered within a week, and the ICAS crew arrived for install on a Saturday as they corridinated a break in the weather. They finished in one day and everything went well. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."
