"This company was highly recommended, unfortunately they didn't deliver. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction and the work is warranty for life. These are not true statements. They were hired for rodent removal, they came a couple of times to the property and the problem was not solved. After several conversations with management they wanted to charge me for extra services after paying more than $1,000 for the original job. The sales representative stated he would have a word with the owner and come up with a solution. it has now been 3 weeks without an answer and the rat problem is now out of control. Don't waste your time or money with this company"

He took his time, pointed out areas around my home that could be contributing to the problem, and then sprayed and did all he had to do inside and outside of my home. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Suncoast before and have been pleased with their work . I have a one year contract with them and will be able to contact them whenever needed during the term of the contract"
