"I would love to give 5 stars but I can't except for the installers. I was supposed to get a call to set up install on my acrylic lanai sliders, instead I was called on a Monday morning at 8:45am saying they wanted to come that morning. We were not going to be home and also had to clear out our lanai for the workers. Set up appointment for the next morning. Gabriel and Raul came to do the work. They were excellent. We were able to reuse some of the frames and tracks from my old sliders but they showed me how they were poorly installed by another company and they made sure to correct everything to meet Sun Controls standards. As they were working on the brand new section I asked about the screen replacement on my order. They knew nothing about it and screen material was not delivered to the job site. They had to readjust what they were doing and get the screen delivered. It added to the time they had to spend on my project. This was an unfortunate lapse on the part of the team that schedule the job. Four stars for lack of execution on scheduling my install and preparation to fill my order as written."

Within a short period he diagnosed a bad board and would get us cost to repair the following day. Henry followed up the next day and was given the green light to proceed, he called us and scheduled the repair first thing the following day. Excellent customer service and follow through!
