Manny is everything you could ask for to help you with your home, professional, talented, personable and timely. We recently relocated to Naples, and he helped get our house in order in three days. Very dependable, and I will continue to ask for his assistance.

Manny isn't the cheapest guy in town, but his work ethic and quality are worth every penny! He also picks up the phone, shows up and completes work when he says he will. He is honest, and friendly and offers high quality work you can trust! I recommend him to my customers time and time again. You get what you pay for! He's a nice guy too!

I will definitely use him for future projects. He took care of my problem and I loved the fact that he called a week after the job was completed to make sure everything was ok with the completed job.

This is a follow-up to the review I wrote yesterday. Manny called me and apologized for forgetting our appointment and re-arranged his prior commitment and came to my residence. He hung multiple pictures, mirrors, installed Rubber-Maid tracks in the garage. All items were installed perfectly and I was happy with the work. He called the following day to make sure everything was as I wanted it. I will use him again.

Wonderful! Manny and Roger completed our unpleasant and troublesome project quickly and expertly and we already hired Manny for another project and have repeatedly recommended him to our neighbors. Thrilled we found someone so respectful, eager to work, and extremely capable!

Manny removed an 8 ft. exterior door with impact glass , removed the impact glass, reinstalled the impact glass in a new door and installed the new door with glass. Further, Manny cut out rotting brick molding on each side of the door frame and replaced with it with plastic brick molding. The job was done expeditiously and professionally and will hire Manny for any future home repairs and/or improvements.

Listen...if you are looking for a TRUE handyman...your search is over. I am a restaurant owner and had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed in getting ready for our busy season. I am probably the most anal customer one could have and Manny was definitely the man for the job... professional, polite, respectful, efficient and handled everything we threw at him without any resistance. When presented with his invoice... he might have been a bit pricey, but to be honest... I didn't care. After going through two others, that we were not pleased with... Manny was worth his cost for the peace of mind, knowing we were finally in good hands! If you have to hire a handyman... really... you don't have to look any further. I am a Florida State Licensed General Contractor. I needed some "Kool Dek" repair work done and being too elderly to do it myself I was looking for a Handy Man to do it. I saw Manny's truck and decided to call him. He came to our home, looked at the job and honestly told us he knew nothing about "Kool Dek." I told him That I would work with him if he was interested. What a find!! Manny learned very quickly, found the materials, followed directions and did a wonderful job. Manny replaced and secured a high soffit panel and reconnected a dangling outdoor floodlight. He noticed the end of a broken bulb in the socket- removed it and replaced it with a new flood light that I provided. Very personable, polite and handy. Definitely would recommend based on my project.

Manny called ahead of time. He was prompt, never over promised and delivered what he said he would. The work quality was very good. He accomodated me when I needed the work to get done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for home maintenance type jobs. His rates are fair and he is honest.

I called Manny and needed a handy man project done in a timely fashion. We were only here in Florida for 10 days and we were going to key west for a long weekend. Manny rearranged his schedule to accommodate our time available. He actually came 1 1/2 hours earlier than he said he could. He called first to make sure that it was ok if he came early. When he arrived he had all the tools needed to complete the job. He did so in a timely fashion as well. Very friendly and personable. I will be having Manny come back again for 2 more projects I would like to complete. He quoted me and said it wouldn't be a problem. If you need any work done in a professional and courteous manner....call Manny!!! PS: he's funny too!!!!

I had Manny here three times to do everything from cleaning out gutters to repairing a ceiling fan.... his prices are very reasonable - he is a pleasure to do business with and his breadth of knowledge is amazing. I don't think there is anything Manny cannot do! I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs almost anything done and done well. I will use his service again and again to do whatever I need done around my place.
