Quality work, competitive bid, started on the date agreed. While Frank and his helper did several other smaller tasks for me, I hired him for stucco and drywall repair. It's very hard to find people willing to do a couple of days of stucco repair, that can actually do it right. It's nice to find someone who is willing to take on other small projects with enthusiasm instead of rolling their eyes. The true test of quality work is whether you would recommend them to your neighbor. I would recommend Frank! Ted

When small gaps appeared during the stucco drying process they came back the next day, redid that area then went around checking all others. Said to just call if any more showed up and they would fix at no charge
