"Benjamin Franklin plumbing did an excellent job removing my old Cast iron plumbing and replacing it with PVC plumbing. They were very courteous and I especially liked Norman who did the estimate for the job and Ryan the lead plumber. Very nice plumbers. I would recommend them to others for their plumbing needs. "The company contacted very quickly and scheduled an appointment to survey and give me an estimate. The plumber technician arrived as scheduled and immediately scheduled me for the next morning. The old unit was removed without incident as was the new unit installation. Mike was courteous and approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the steps in the work process. "Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"The technician arrived as scheduled, promptly started getting things setup and started working. As we live in a condominium, he was very concerned and respectful of other residents in building. He reviewed everything he was prepared to do and made sure he had all components to fulfill the agreement. After starting he found he needed to make a trip to Lowe’s to get some plumbing fittings. He seemed thorough and concerned about doing a good job. We are looking forward t5o using our new addition."
