He installed the security system that I had purchased from Home Depot which included 2 cameras and a video doorbell. After each camera was installed & after I had down loaded the app for the video doorbell & cameras, I could see very clearly the front door entrance, the driveway & entrance of patio sliding glass door. The installer, Chris showed me each step he took to install the security system. He was patient with me when he asked me to go to the app store to down load the app so the security system could be installed. After he installed the security system, he tested it with me showing me the features how they worked. The price was reasonable for the 2 hr. installation."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
