I represent a resident-owned community in New Port Richey consisting of 288 homes on 55 acres. Last month we hired Time On Target Security LLC to do an entire system installation on our property to cover vulnerable areas and entry points on our property. After meeting Mike Harris CEO/Founder of Time on Target, we knew we had the right company for our job. Mike was a total professional in every sense of the word. Mike listened to our concerns and designed a system to totally suit our needs. I was amazed that 3 hours after our meeting, there was a complete estimate in my inbox, not like the typical 2 weeks most contractors take if they even get back to you at all. Time on Target is a very appropriate name for this company. We are very pleased with the competitive pricing and more importantly, the quality of the work and equipment installed. I can also say Time on Target's customer service (tech support) is second to none. This is my third rating for this business. I was less than fully flattering in my second review. There were repeated problems with equipment failures and I got frustrated to the point of wanting a refund. Initial correspondence regarding my refund request became a bit contentious. Ultimately the owner of the business stepped in and reached out to me and we were able to work out a compromise plan which ultimately resolved the problem issues. Facts cannot be ignored, it took far longer than it should have to get to the point we are now, but credit to Mike for taking the hard steps necessary to get the system running and the business/customer relationship back on an even keel.

Of course everyone wants to pay less, therefore the 4.5 on value. Tom and Jon were the installation guys. Both are very professional and appear to be knowledgable and competent. Jon was like a little ferret scampering around in my attic. Both treated my house with care and respect, just as if they were working on their own homes. Had a little programming snag but Tom stuck it out to reach a successful conclusion. I would not hesitate to recommend Timo On Target.

They are so professional and courteous accommodating with me and my wife providing sign language interpreter when it was imperative in teaching us how the system works and make sure that we fully understood how the system works. Mike and his crew were here on time, got the job done quickly & cleaned up after themselves. The guys were very polite and they taught me how to use the system. Mike is always there for you if you need help. Every promise made was a promise kept. THIS is the way business should be done!

I learned about TIME ON TARGET SECURITY LLC, through Home Advisor. I liked that they are Veteran owned and operated. When I called they responded to my home promptly and provided me with several options for a home camera surveillance system. I made my choice, they ordered my equipment and within a week of my initial call I had the cameras installed, up and running. I called them that evening and asked if one of the cameras could be adjusted. They came the next morning and made the adjustment. I am extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. With so many scams going on it was a pleasure to with an honest company and professional and knowledgeable workers.
