"It went well. Shawn Reddick came to the estimate meeting with smart, reasonable upgrade suggestions for better doors. Shawn took care of everything, including ordering the hardware and supplying pieces the manufacturer did not. We managed to make two divergent schedules work, the doors are well installed, and now I can no longer see my neighbors through the gaping edge of closed doors. Mr. Handy of NCF is a definite "highly recommend"."

In the factory showroom, a customer can operate and handle the window, see grid patterns and color samples. There are also doors to open an close and sample. "Paid over 40K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). Broken seams, stucco used improperly (Came off at first pressure cleaning) Crew showed up at least 4 times, not counting scheduled inspection. Last time I had to threaten with a lawsuit to have them come and fix inspection failing issues. I do not recommend at all"

"BUYER BEWARE! In April, more than a year after my purchase, installers came to fit my window for the third time, and yet again, the incorrect glass was used during manufacturing. After the initial installation, I pointed out to Joshua Sandoval that the glass did not match the samples shown by our salesman, Jeff Rodon. It turned out that I did not receive the SmartSun glass I was promised, which provides maximum UV protection. Joshua assured me they would order the correct glass and replace it without altering the frame. Reluctantly, I agreed to sign off and paid for the window. When the new glass arrived, the Renewal by Andersen team attempted to install it. Though the correct SmartSun glass was delivered, they couldn't remove the original glass from the frame due to a manufacturing error with the frame itself (as told to me by a Renewal by Andersen installer). I was informed that the entire window needed to be remanufactured and that the order would be expedited. During this second attempt, they dismantled the outer and inner framing and used Andersen logo tape to secure the glass, which was an unsightly solution I endured for six months. However, the window installed in April 2024, over a year after the contract was signed, still did not have the SmartSun glass. After 13 months, the correct, more expensive window has not been installed, leaving me extremely frustrated and disappointed with Renewal by Andersen. At this point, I do not wish to undergo another installation. I am requesting a refund. I have been trying to work with Customer Service for two months without making any progress.
