We then guarantee the window AND the installation to the customer for as long as they own the home. We encourage our customers to come into our factory, take a tour, and see the windows being made. In the factory showroom, a customer can operate and handle the window, see grid patterns and color samples. There are also doors to open an close and sample. NewSouth also offers a free in-home demonstration. We will come to our customer's home, measure the job exactly and offer a factory-direct price that includes installation.
