We were very impressed with the service, quality of installation, and responsiveness to any issues. We hired Crystal River Windows, Inc. to install new windows. Tom & Tammy come out and provide an estimate, discusses trim color and the various options. The crew were very professional and friendly, accommodating our schedule, and cleaned up once done. They even worked around all of various outdoor plants. The windows were installed in the number of days they said the job would be done, even with it raining. We were so impressed with our experience with the windows that we immediately hired them to install new sliding glass patio doors. We have three sets of sliding doors, and 2 were not regular sliding doors. The windows and doors all look amazing. We would highly recommend Crystal River Windows, Inc.

Excellent service before and after the sale. Upgraded an old leaky aluminum patio door to a much more efficient vinyl one with integral mini blinds. It rolls so easy and gone are the drafts and those darn vertical blinds. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom and Tammy and I highly recommend this compsny.

I am beyond grateful for Tom and crew. He came out within a week of calling them. He gave me reasonable options he wasn't just in it for a sale. I knew my old sliding door was outdated and not as functional as I thought it should be. My old slider was causing the dining room to be much hotter in the summer. Now the new french door have blinds which has made that whole end of the house is much cooler. The privacy is plus with the blinds. And the solid door now allows me to lock it better, which makes the everyone in the house feel safer. Thank you Tom your advise was greatly appreciated..
