"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. "When I first spoke to the Sunpro, it was about the roof over my enclosed porch that had a leak and I was given a price. Then it was noticed that my roof had some spots that needed attention. I was given an additional price if I had both roofs taken care of at one time and one price if I wanted to wait to have the roof done at another time. "I used this **pro** for a roof repair. The shingles used were not even in the same color-way of my roof. A variegated gray-red does not match the warm light brown of the existing roof. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed when I got home. As a *professional* it would have been better to Inform this homeowner that they either could not match the shingles (at all-not even close) or show this homeowner the shingles before they started the job. Now, I will have to pay someone to reroof the patch job with the correct or at least a shingle color thats closer to the rest of my roof.
