"He showed up on time and kept me with updates on when he was coming out. Really nice guy. Price was great compared to everyone else. $150. I just felt he could have charged a little lower price once he saw the problem and since he didn't actually snake my main drain line. The drain was plugged with a broken piece of a 3" PVC pipe that was around 4-5 inches long and was located really close to the drain blow out. Once he pulled that out the drain was fine. He thinks maybe the builders left it in there and it got turned somehow which caused the clog. I will use again if needed and I do recommend."

"Eric R. from ABC arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional in introducing himself and explaining how he would proceed to determine the cause of the problem. After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed.
