"This gentleman went far and beyond the call of duty. He was super fast to respond to my 1st SOS call on a Friday night about a clogged kitchen drain. My door bell rang at 8:00am the next morning. "We had a inspection done due to the house is in yhr middle of a sale. Inspection came back with the water heater wasn't installed properly and carbon monoxide reading we not safe. We had this installed a year ago from a handyman , that wasn't very handy at all. Anyway Carol read the report and took care of what was needed. He was very professional and polite knew what he was doing. I would have him back if I have another plumbing issue."
