Price was the best, follow-up & communication was excellent, they quickly pulled a permit through our county, and the entire project was completed in 1 week even though we had lots of rain. It was fascinating to see how they demolished and removed a giant screen enclosure, huge deep pool, tiered spa and cool deck around the pool. The owner Stan and 1 diligent hard-working person named Juan worked long hours in heat & humidity and we wondered how they could they do that without backs aching for daysâ ¦ They sloped the hard-packed dirt just as we wanted and left the place clean on Friday as promised. Weâ re delighted to have our yard back to nature instead of a pool in much need of repair and maintenance that no one has used for years.
