"When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I purchased the Angie's List Voucher. I even provided the voucher to the technician as requested. And yet a week later, they send me a bill! And this is the second time they did that! The first time, in April, I sent the bill back and nicely explained how I purchased the voucher through Angie's List and they can't bill me again for a service for which I've already paid!
