NOT RESPONSIVE after he takes your money. My new unit is under warranty but jose Perez does not provide you with a receipt or any warranty information. He does NOT even answer your calls or texts.

The owner Jose Perez is not responsive. The New hvac unit is under warranty and he does not answer calls or texts when the unit goes out. It went out (froze does not blow cool air) on me 3 time already. I just want my warranty infor.stion so I may make a claim and get a new unit. This is ridiculous! Good prices but bad service.
