I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. Then would only do parts and started and partially did a few portions and then gaps without any communication. We had weeds and he suggested sod (expensive) since we had so much weed. Instead of prepping it (weed kill and till) he just laid sod on top and weeds grew through. They built some simple drains but they failed and caused erosion. He disappeared for 2 weeks. Had to hire others to finish."
