"I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"

"Due to improper initial installation, a "swim spa" at the house we bought several years ago was sinking. I contacted APD in July and their response was immediate. Joe of APD made a personal visit and gave a detailed explanation of the process his company would use to stabilize the spa. He also advised of any possible concerns. A reasonable price was also provided. We had full confidence in Joe and APD. However, shortly after his visit, a storm caused significant additional damage to the spa and we were forced to go in a different direction and have the spa removed. I would recommend APD, their concern and response was swift and very professional."

"If I could Give Terry no stars I would. A year later and the cracks have gotten MUCH bigger and the waviness of the driveway is horrible. We have huge puddles and giant cracks. His EGO will not let him come and do what is right. I have called and emailed and tried everything but he will not stand by his work which is shoddy at best. The bottom of the driveway is separating where he failed to get the proper amount of cement and we had to wait for a second truck - meanwhile the rest of the driveway started to dry and now it looks so horrible. It really looks like my neighbors grandson did it. PLEASE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE LIERS, CHEATS, AND THIEFS!!!!!!!"
