Very few changes were made from his initial design and he expertly guided us thru all avenues of construction. His forman Shawn is an artist and very professional. The entire team shared in our excitement! We love the fact that this is a local, family owned and operated business and being that we are a small town they are very conscience of their reputation and it shows. When our subdivision insurance claim was completed he began the work and completed it in 4 days. His team completely redid the wall and left the area cleaned up nicely. Bernard and his helper showed up exactly at 10:00 as promised. They were very friendly and efficient. My chimney was much dirty than I ever could have imagined. When they left they cleaned up everything and I didn't even need to sweep or dust. If yo haven't had you chimney cleaned I highly recommend Aabrams Chimneys.

We just finished building a 6000sf custom home and the project would have not progressed as quickly without his help. he did an outstanding job on the trim, crown molding, window and door trim and the hanging of custom 100yr old interior doors. When we needed something reworked which happens frequently, Derek was available to step in, immediately address the issue and keep things moving. Derek has a very unique, well rounded skill set.

I want to share with you all my experience with total home roofing. I feel the need to do this because I have recommended them several times on this site and others. Now I feel honor bound to scream buyer beware after the sale you are dropped like a hot potato! I hired them for a metal roof installation and signed with them in August knowing it would be several weeks till they started. They started thanksgiving week and did not finish until December 21st. There were delays in materials, no workers available and that was a long month for them to put on my roof still, I remained patient. When the broke off a sprinkler I noted it with them nothing was done so I fixed it. When they broke both my screen doors because they didn’t know how to use the metal slides, I let them know nothing done so again I fixed it. When a worker fell off the roof I was extremely upset calling the Forman it had me crying my eyes out. When the job was done and the metal tabs they left to divert water was dumping water at the face of anyone coming to my front door, I sent Eli a video with no response so again I had to fix it! When payment was due and believe me it was not cheap they tried to charge me for extra plywood that was not used it just sat in my yard getting soaked. Luckily I had taken pictures of it and they adjusted the bill but VERY SHADY ! Now the back of the house was flooding over into my patio sitting area so I figured the gutters were full (trash wrappers, screws, cardboard rolls all living in my gutters not cleaned up after they left, I got on the ladder (at my age and poor health not good )and there is only an inch to try to get my fingers in to clean it! The back gutter now rendered useless. I have been calling since March 2nd and again NO RESPONSE . Buyer beware I now have zero trust that this company will honor any warranty!
