After promising to let me know if he had a cancellation that could accommodate our need for repairs to be completed before Thanksgiving, Miguel notified us (on Sunday) that he would be able to come on Monday. He texted 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way. He got to work immediately, going above and beyond our expectations by checking, fixing, and cleaning all the fans on our outside patio. He was determined to adjust the front door correctly, even though the screws were stripped. It now works amazingly.
