It took Art Remodeling over 4 years to convert a garage into 1 bedroom/1 bath/laundry. They do not know the Hollywood Building code, the low ball you to sign and then they want 10k to reinforce a wall, 5k to add 220v plug for the dryer, etc etc etc. Total scam, run as fast as possible when you meet these people. Everything is subcontracted and he treats the workers extremely disrespectful.

Don?t believe these reviews. They are horrible people. They will ruin your house and do everything wrong.

Itâ s obvious that they had people write good reviews. Do not be fooled. This company is the most dishonest, corrupt company. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Avoid this company if you want to avoid headache and problems. He had no customer care. They promised everything and gave left us with nothing that troubles, we had to hired someone else to finish. His big line is if you do not like it, find someone else, he said the same thing like 4 or 5 times, all of this after I paid 90% of the money with was 26500 dollars.

Please beware not to hire anybody, this cold cause you a lot of money and there was no permit pulled.

I have collected quotes from 5 different companies in the FL area. Then I choose Art Remodeling and Construction Company according to suggestions from my neighbors. They always maintain the timeline of work. And they did it at the best price. I feel comfortable working with them. I am happy and recommend Art to everyone.!
