They fixed it rather quickly, but when the problem reappeared, they made good on their work and came back just as quickly and didn't charge any extra even though they did a lot more work on the second try. I received a call from Jeff Butler and we discussed the scope and cost of the project. Jeff offered some knowledgeable suggestions for the project. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and an installation date was set. Both Jeff and Phil arrived on time. Jeff even brought both a bone and a biscuit colored sink to the house so we could get the best match for what we were replacing. I am not aware of any other plumbing companies would do that for a customer. Both men were very professional and friendly. Phil actually handled the installation project. Phil is superb plumber and a perfectionist. His workmanship is excellent. The results of the project were amazing. I am already planning on Butler Plumbing for some additional projects. I had a clogged toilet they gave me upfront pricing no surprise fees. They fixed the issue by snaking from the outside. But here is the amazing part they stayed and continued to flush the toilets to make sure the problem was permanently fixed. I could not be happier with this company.
