Technician and internet helped determined that you may have to pour a half gallon of water in to lubricate seals. Once done worked great. Our warranty company, AHS, assigned MR Repair Appliance to help us with our problem, (after the first two companies had communication problems.) Although our job is not completed, Carlos and his explanations and hard effort over several hours have proven he and his company are thorough professionals. (Our confidence is also bolstered by the cheery and prompt Ellie, who handles appointments in the office.) He'll be checking back in with us today after he talks with GE so he can return and finalize the repairs. After he is finished, I'll add a follow-up review here.

My meter was reading up to 20000 gallons of water used in an empty house, obviously there was a leak. I called the first company , they detected the leak , and wanted to charge a huge amount to repair it. Another company had recommended Alligator Plumbing so I called , Frank came out the same day, told me where the problem was and fixed the leak and installed a new shut off valve. Just talking to him I was reassured that this was a man that knew what he was talking about. I have stored the number, if I ever , God forbid, need a plumber again , I will call Alligator Plumbing and ask for Frank, he's the real deal

when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
