The TV Technician knew right away what the problem was and repaired my TV very quickly.His professionalism and mannerism was superior. I like to mention that his Boss Greg had ordered the parts needed for the repair prior to the service. It was very easy to communicate my situation with over the phone with him. My TV works like new again and I recommend Roth Electronics to anyone that needs service.

Greg got back to me immediately and was very helpful in telling me what I could do to see if I could solve the issue on my own. Unfortunately what he suggested didn't work but i felt it was very thoughtful of him to suggest an easy solution. We set up an appointment which worked for me and the tech, Walter, came in within the set time frame. He got to work immediately and withing a short time my TV was up and running. He was efficient, and knew what he was doing. I was very happy with this service and glad I found Roth Electronics on Angie's List!

They came to do warranty repair for LOWES for an LG refridgerator. They diagnosed it had a bad compressor causing the cold food area not to cool even though the freezer section was cooling fine. The repair man was annoyed at the questions I asked him. When they completed repair he said to give it 24 hours to get down to normal cooling temperature which I had set to 39 F. After 24 hours it was only getting down to 53 F as detected with my digital infrared thermometer and a digital thermometer. I called and spoke to a manager at Roth and they said it had been repair and tried to assure me it was cooling fine. The person I spoke to was very dismissive and wouldn't do anything to help. I would never use them again.

Perfectly! Appliance was under an extended warranty. Called the warranty company who turned the repair order over to Roth Electronics. Roth personnel called the same afternoon to get more information on the problem. She explained the service manager would review the problem to determine what repair parts would need to be ordered and once the parts were received, they would call to arrange an appointment. Part came in, appointment was made, service technician arrived as scheduled, completed the repair promptly and professionally, and all is well. Very satisfied.

They do an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

TV was accurately diagnosed but Sony deemed it irreparable because the screen failed. Greg helped me negotiate a fair settlement with Sony. Roth people did what they said, showed up on time and were very responsive. Thanks Greg and Walter.

Very pleased with their service. Gregg was very professional and understanding of the urgency to repair my TV. The TV is working Great! I recommend them for any electronic repair.

They inspected it and it turned on without problem.  Essentially my outlet at my new house did not have power.  For what the experience was worth, i tipped them for their troubles and honesty.

My 60 inch LCD croaked. Spoke to Gregg-- he said he could expedite service if I brought it in. I asked if he could have the part (power supply) overnighted to him so I could get the TV back for the weeked for NFL and Nascar. He did! He repaired the TV exceptionally fast and I got it back super- quick! I'm very impressed.

The scheduling staff saved me $200 within minutes of our first contact as I had ordered and received a DLP Chip and was able to send this part back due to the fact the office staff informed me Mitsubishi might provide a replacement part for Free and she gave me their 1-800 number and they did provide the part free of charge, then I recieved a $20 discount for being an Angie'slist member. Walter was and excellent pro at his job. He was swift and sure with the repair and he entertained me with his quick wit. My dog loved him. I will ask for this companies help if I have any issues with electronics in the future and whole-heartedly recommend this Company!

After reading the ratings received by previous customers of Roth Electronics on the Angie?s List website, I send a message to Roth Electronics earlier in the morning. In a phone conversation later on, we discussed the problem and alternatives of the repair. Based on my very positive interaction on the phone and previous ratings, I decided to take my Sony Bravia Smart TV to his shop.

A few hours later, I went to his shop, where I was welcome in a friendly and prompt manner and immediately noticed a well manage, organize, and clean shop. In a very professional way, they accepted my TV and promised to get back with me later. A reasonable deposit was required to be applying toward to the final bill upon completion of the service.

By late afternoon, approximately six hours later, I received a call from Roth telling me that my TV was fixed and ready for pick-up. The cost of the repair was reasonable and I received a 5% discount as a member of Angie?s List.

My experience with Roth Electronics Service has been an excellent one and I strongly recommend his services.

I dropped my TV off with Roth Electronics on Friday afternoon, and told them about the power cycling problem.  I was told that the repair might take about a week to ten days.  The next Monday, I received a call from Roth saying that the TV was repaired and ready for pickup.  I also received a discount with an Angie's list coupon. 
The people at Roth electronics were very nice and courteous, and I am very pleased with the quick repair.  Based upon my experience, I would recommend Roth Electronics.

We were very pleased with the service. Very helpful, professional and prompt.  Friendly and seemed very knowledgable about our TV.  Would definitely use them again.
