Emily was great on the phone, and then James, on his initial visit was very informative and made recommendations of what would be most helpful to properly upgrade my attic insulation. He did not try to "sell", but merely "suggested" and let me make the decisions. On the day of installation, James arrived on schedule, completed the job in the timeframe he expected, and most importantly, made sure I was 100% satisfied. Although I only got the one quote, I feel the pricing was more than fair. Once I met James, I had no reason to look any further for someone to handle this project."

"This work was performed in Groveland, FL, 34736. Capstone Insulation was great. The VP came out, went through the attic, and described the work to be done. This included thermal imaging to find air transfer locations, air sealing between the attic and living spaces, installing baffles over the inside soffit vents, installing and air sealing recessed lighting covers (for fire safety), installing new insulation, and pre- and post-insulation air flow testing. The installation crew was very competent and friendly. They performed the initial air flow test and all the pre-insulation work on day 1. They came back the next day to install the insulation and perform the final air flow test. The VP provided me with a video of the Day 1 work and a video of the final outcome. All of this work was done at a price point that I thought was reasonable (about $2/sq. ft.)."
