JAM Insulation is a very professional family owned business. From the first phone call, super competitive estimate of service, communication, showing up on time and completing the job within their time estimate. They were almost half the price of a well known business that services The Villages and much better at answering the phone, communicating and doing great work. I highly recommend James and Emily! We were very pleased with JAM Insulation. Their customer service is 5 star. They showed up promptly. Answered all our questions and put down drop cloths to protect the flooring. after finishing the work, they cleaned and vacuumed. Very professional. We highly recommend them!

James did a great job explaining the scope of the work and recommending just what we needed. His past experience with roofing was a plus in discussing our blown-in attic insulation needs. Since James also did the work, everything was done exactly as outlined and on time. Installation was done with minimal impact to home and their clean up was excellent. Emily and James were wonderful to work with from the initial contact all the way installation. James explained all about insulation and answered all of my questions. Day of installation it was raining and JAM covered everything with tarps. Vacuumed everything when they were done. Left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the best. Emily and James run an extremely professional business, which is hard to find nowadays. Emily was great on the phone, and then James, on his initial visit was very informative and made recommendations of what would be most helpful to properly upgrade my attic insulation. He did not try to "sell", but merely "suggested" and let me make the decisions. On the day of installation, James arrived on schedule, completed the job in the timeframe he expected, and most importantly, made sure I was 100% satisfied. Although I only got the one quote, I feel the pricing was more than fair. Once I met James, I had no reason to look any further for someone to handle this project.

He walked me through what he saw and explained what product he thought we needed and why, and what product wasnâ t worth the extra expense. On insulation day, he and his team were very courteous. My wife and I both work from home and they worked around our schedule and make an effort to be as non-disruptive as possible. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!

The owner explained things the other companies did not mention. Things like the quality of blown insulation varies and cheap blown insulation like sold at Do It Yourself stores is not the same as top quality insulation. I got the spray on Radiant barrier applied to the roof sheathing and enough blown insulation added on top of the existing insulation to add R30 to what was already there. It has been two days since installation and I can tell that my AC unit does not work as hard to keep the house cool. Also the swing in temperatures at night have decreased. Looking forward to seeing how much lower my utilities will be. JAM insulation is highly recommended. James is the owner and he knows his stuff.
