We have been serving Florida homeowners for about a decade. If its an insurance claim we handle and the insurance company directly and work our hardest to get your roof paid for. We also do retail roofs and repairs as well as anything having to do with your roof. From gutters to facia to soffit. Call today for a free estimate from an experienced pro. Me personally iam a third generation roofer been on roofs sense i was big enough to climb a ladder.

"I am extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of communication with their customers during the process. Everything seemed great and the staff were friendly when trying to receive the sale, but once the sale was received things spiraled from there. They did not check with the town to receive a permit for my neighbors portion (hip) even though they were aware that they were installing the roof of my duplex, my hip, and the neighbors hip per mandate from my HOA. They started the work without my neighbor’s permit, ripping off all of my shingles already. They have now stopped work and stated they could not continue until their is a permit for the second duplex and are leaving my roof undone. My HOA stated they gave the information to them. The roofing company said they’d call me that evening with updates. (I did not receive a call) It has been two days the roof has been left this way, and with a lack of communication and apologetic nature. I have heard no updates and asked for the owners direct line. I have not heard from the owner as well. This type of communication is unprofessional and the steps that were missed are unacceptable. I was promised the work would take no longer than 2 days and it has certainly exceeded that. Please save yourself from the headache I have dealt with during this already hard time of year."

"Buyer Beware! This company was a nightmare to work with. Communication is terrible. They replaced my roof and their poor craftsmanship flooded my house when it rained. I made them fix it before I paid the balance but now I found that they left a pipe in my attic open to the sky and rain comes in and minorly damaged my ceiling but Kevin refuses to fix it now that they have been paid. Stay away!"

This all depends upon size, type and complexity of the actual sloped areas of the roof.  An accurate estimate with detailed lists of covered and additional items is imperative when purchasing and protecting yourself during the process.

The average roof replacement in Southeast Wisconsin is $12,000. They usually range between $8,000 and up to $24,000.

Roofing is a highly skilled and labor-intensive trade. Because of this, you can expect to pay an average of $2 per square foot for your roofing professional. Roofing labor costs generally make up about 60% of the overall project cost.

Answered by Angi Experts

Typical roofing repairs cost between $380 and $1,800 on average. However, most homeowners spend approximately $1,100 on a roofing repair project. The size of the roof, the extent of the damage, and the type of project all impact the final cost. External factors like product availability and supply chain issues may also affect the price.

Projects like repairing damaged gutters will only be around $180 to $560, whereas repairing a sagging roof will be a higher expense at $1,500 to $7,000

Roof repairs start at around $700.00 and go up from there.  There are many significant factors that come into play, and each customer's needs will rarely be the same.

All damage is different. I would recommend getting three quotes broken down by labor and materials.

Repair costs in this area are around $1,500.

Answered by Fidel Cruz at C39 Roofing in San Marcos, CA on 01/07/25

Repair costs are affected by geographic location such as ice & water underlayment requirements in the North and hurricane durability requirements in the Southeast.  Other things that affect the cost are quality of materials, layers of tear-off, condition of the decking, and the style and pitch of your roof.  Ask contractors to explain their price if they are higher, they are likely being more honest about what the replacement requires.

Answered by Michael E. Voelker at ProCrafters Roofing in Allison, IA on 01/06/25

Although not every state issues licenses for roofing pros, it's important to check with your county or city if hiring a licensed roofing contractor is necessary.

Hiring an unlicensed roofer might result in low-quality work and potential legal issues if an accident happens. It’s always best to check the qualifications and licenses of your roofer before they begin a project.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

Before hiring a roofing contractor to work on your project, there are a few things you will want to ask, including:

  • Do you use roofing subcontractors?

  • Do you offer a warranty?

  • Do you have any references?

  • How will you clean up after the project is complete?

  • Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

How long have your crews been working with you?

Do you offer a warranty?

Do you have any references?

How will you clean up after the project is complete?

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Answered by Scott A Margiano Sr. at Calvary Remodeling LLC in Shelton, CT on 01/09/25

How long should this product last in my area and does the manufacturer stand behind the product for that length of time?

What is the difference between manufacturer and contractor warranty?

Do you have any references?

Answered by Scott Perkins at Strive Roofing in Mesa, AZ on 01/07/25

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Will the roof you install be warrantied against black streaks?

Will the roof you install last as long as the warranty? Or will it only last about half as long?

Answered by Tracy Badra at Community Construction in Lansing, MI on 01/07/25

Does your company have multiple locations?  This will let you know if they are truly local or a large company briefly working your area after a storm.

Do you offer a workmanship warranty?  Confirm in writing the time length and details of such warranty.

Do you have quality reviews?  All roofing contractors have references of their successful jobs.  Good contractors won't have many negative reviews.

How will you protect our windows, siding and landscaping?

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Some disqualifying signs to look for are:

-Did the contractor cold call or knock on your door?

-Does the contractor look or talk like a salesman?

-Does the contractor have profiles on many different websites?  Poor contractors will avoid an online presence to avoid bad reviews.
