Five stars: Peet Roofing replaced my neighbor’s roof and they were happy with the results, so on their recommendation, I contacted Peet Roofing. Andrew Peet was pleasantly professional and timely in all aspects, presenting and discussing my various options. On the scheduled days of installation (multi-day), his team showed up early, completely installed the new roof, and cleaned up all debris. Andrew was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout the entire process. All work was done very professionally. Note: I did NOT file any claim with my insurance company. My reason for replacement of the roof was based on “age of roof,” and NOT based on “damage.” My roof was replaced in June, looks great, there have been no issues, and I’m happy.

Peet Roofing was recommended by our neighbor across the street who had his roof replaced recently. Mark, their representative, came out shortly after I contacted them, inspected our roof and talked me through the process with the insurance. I only had to file the initial claim. He prepared storm reports, met the insurance adjuster and handled almost all communication with the insurance, once the claim was approved. Mark was in touch throughout the whole process and even coordinated the replacement of some of my pool screen panels. No money had to be paid until the very end, after all work had been completed. I was very impressed with their work and how clean they left the job site - we found maybe 3 nails. I highly recommend this company and especially Mark.

It went very well. Josh is a great individual. He explained the whole process and was easy to talk to. The crew that preformed the work took care to get it right, answered questions and cleaned up after themselves everyday.. The Orange County inspector said it had been a while since had seen the roof eaves tiles right the first time.

I saw signs for Peet Roofing in a friend's neighborhood in Waterford Lakes. I called and spoke to Mark, who promptly came out to inspect my roof. He found damage, took pictures, and suggested I contact my homeowner's insurance to see if they would cover the damage. I have American Integrity Insurance, and they initially denied my claim. Mark put me in contact with a Public Adjuster who re-submitted this claim and it was approved by my insurance company. Within a week of approval/receiving the check from the Insurance company... Mark had my roof replaced. I did not have to cash the check - I only signed it over to Mark, paid my $500 deductible (hence why my cost of service was so low) and he took care of the rest. The Public Adjuster does receive a portion of the insurance money, but Mark worked it out so my only out of pocket was my homeowner's deductible of $500.
The roof looks AMAZING. I have received compliments from the neighbors who also want to get theirs done. They replaced all the metal flashings as well - and during the roof replacement, they found a large hole under the shingles which they also replaced. This was installed during a very odd rainy time, so the job took much longer than usual. I think 4-5 days total to get everything done around the rain. Usually it only takes 2 days. They cleaned up everything very well, too.

Mark from Peet came out yesterday and provided me with a quote for a complete re-roof. First off, he worked with my schedule and provided immediate service for the quote. He did a thorough inspection and noted numerous things that I was aware of that previous companies missed. This is a family owned business and appears to truly care about their customers. Looking forward to letting them do the job.

Andrew Peet performed the initial damage inspection then came back to provide specific direction to the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect. He promptly scheduled the work, pulled the required permits and ordered the materials required. His team was great. The delivery crew and the installers were on time and took good care of the property while doing a full rip and then repair and reinstall in three days. It would have been finished in two, but nature sent us thunderstorms on day two which would have made roof work unsafe. All in all, a great job. Peet Roofing has my full, confident recommendation. It was covered mostly by insurance. They said they would come back and put a vent over the garage and they did come back to do it. Their price was fair because we had more than one estimate. We were happy with the work. They were good about cleanup.

Our experience couldn't have been better. Andrew came by one day and asked us if we knew the reason why so many houses were getting new roofs in our area and that he could inspect our roof for free to determine if was damage by the hail storm last year. He explained us what were the steps to follow to fill the insurance claim. They were professional, prompt and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Andrew Peet arrived on time and immediately began the inspection and preventative maintenance on my roof. He caulked places that needed it and hammered down nails that were lifting the shingles. Overall, it took approx. 30 minutes.
